The Holly Inheritance of Indians
Igor Poshyvaylo’s article is dedicated to the unique international exhibition of artistic photos of the end of the XIX-th – beginning of the XX-th century. The author of the photos is a famous American photograph artist Edward Kurtis, who dedicated all his life to preservation and popularization of American Indians’ world. I. Poshyvaylo not only tells about this important for Ukraine event, but also analyzes myth and ritual aspects of Indian world outlook, philosophy of art creativity and peculiarities of art traditions of different tribes – native inhabitants of South America.
