He started painting from early childhood and went through a complicated path of art perception. He has known glorious moments of victory and discoveries as well as bitterness of failures and crises. Viktor Nakonechnyi is a delicate, fine lyric artist. His lyricism appears everywhere — in everyday landscape and in poetic fantasy about his childhood, in a scene of village wedding and Christmas carols. In his pictures we feel the author's sincere affection towards the plot and images created by him, landscapes and everyday articles of a village yard or village hut. The leitmotif of Viktor Nakonechnyi's activity is accented demonstration of the depth of people's hearts and beauty. His every work is full of love, talent and spirit. The author has not only perfect command of artistic and expressive means but also possesses a spiritual charge of ancestors' ideals and values. He is a kind of original possessors of treasures of people's ethnic and spiritual space that fill his art with arresting force of influence on visitors.
