Under the title Among the Books Illa Zlobina tells about the whole shelf of the NUFAMU's members' editions. These are 30 issues of the Narodne Mystetstvo (Folk Art) magazine - a kind of a florid history of the NUFAMU, Yevhen Shevchenko dictionaries, Serhiy Nechyporenko's manual on Ukrainian tapestry, Mariya Buriak albums (2005), Vasyl Zavhorodniy (2005), Veles album-catalogue - 2003, where the exhibits of the first wooden sculpture exhibition are presented. Kyiv Folk Art reference album, dedicated to the Kyiv Center 10th anniversary has also become a significant event (2005). In his review Yevhen Shevchenko, the NUFAMU head, explores a thousand-year history of folk art development in the Kyiv area, its modern achievements and provides readers with 76 biographies of the Kyiv area folk masters alongside with their portraits and a number of photos from the Center's life. The chronicle of art events, exhibitions, awards and prizes of the masters show the results of the Center's activity. The book is a great source for historians and admirers of the Kyiv Area folk masters.
