Volodymyr Voronchak from Vyzhnytsi, the head of the Bukovyna region NUFAMU, in his article on folk arts, in particular cooperage, emphasizes that the spiritual link of generations will break without studying of traditions, history, language, customs. The author analyses functional role of cooperage articles and focuses on their decoration. During the last years more and more decorative articles can be observed at Hutsuly festivals, art fairs. In the mountain region the structure of Hutsuly educational council is developing. Every year in Vyzhnytsi the creative student's youth makes its reports. A good example of combination of the general education with traditional one is the work of I - III school in the village Yavoriv, Kosivskiy region (director Petro Losiuk). In the school they have their own museum, magazine etc. This is a good experience that is worth others attention.
