TO LEAVE THE MEMORY. Another person who celebrates her jubilee is Nadiya Horlytska. To her 80th birthday in Volynsk region historical museum there was held the exhibition of her works - about 200 embroideries and decorations from beads. Natalia Hatalska, an ethnographer, tells about dramatic and tragic events that touched people from Kholmshchyna, the Korobkuch family, and how starting from 1967 Nadiya has become interested in embroidery. In her works she uses several tens of embroidery technique. From 1977 she is a constant participant of regional, republican exhibitions of a decorative art. The master's works were bought by the museums in Lutsk, Lviv, Kyiv, private collectors from different parts of the world. Nadiya Horlytska is a famous in Volyn region public figure, activist of the Union of Ukrainian Women.
