(p.23) THE TRUSHYKY'S CREATIVE DUET - that of Mykhailo and Halyna is introduced by an art expert Yuriy Dzhuraniuk. These ceramists are characterized by the ability, generalizing known ideas and avoiding trivial patterns, to create new motives and elements of decoration. Ornamental and thematic bowls, vases and tiles radiate warm and sunny colors. Their sculptured compositions are distinguished by mastery. Mykhailo - is a graduate of Kosiv Technical School of Folk Art Crafts that gave him a firm direction to the fundamental studying of folk art and he allured his wife, a former accountant, by that knowledge and skills and she became a wonderful painting master. The family's art works appear at exhibitions, they both - are members of the Artists' Union and the NUFAMU. Besides, Mykhailo - is an energetic and initiative Head of Kosiv Center of the Union. They have recently successfully reported at their personal exhibition in the exhibition hall of the Union in Kyiv.
