In the Union hall during the whole month there was an expanded exhibition of works presented to Ukraine by the Honorable member of NUAFMU Mykhaylo Korhun from Troy, state New-York, the USA. Volodymyr Priadka, the People's Artist of Ukraine, Corresponding Member of the Academy of Arts of Ukraine, tells about the author and exposition of refined pieces that are grouped according to style features and determine variety of the master's creative attitude to artistic wood processing. In one place excellent turning work shows wonderful structure of material, in another place skillful carving and incrustation show the knowledge of Hutsuly ornament, in another one we see the works of historical topic etc. After Kyiv exhibition master Mykhaylo Korhun gave 100 of his works to Poltava for eternal keeping.
