Oleksandr Naiden, Doctor of Arts, analyzes one of the works of the famous artist from the village Bolotni in Kyiv Polissia. "The Flower Pot", its prototype is the world's tree, occupies a significant place in the artist's activity. This picture was created in 1963, the period when the author was in blossom of her creative work and physical strength, without any ideological pressure from the party and officials. The flowers in this picture are not fantastic, static by appearance, these sunflowers have inner turnover movement. Significant and notion component of the "Flower pot" is the flower pot itself from which the sun-flower grows. This pot is created in a form of two herons that are attached to one another with their backs, and their wings, outlined with black along the edges, make a face-mask of a mystic creature. Thus, cheerful, full of the sun Tree of life bursts out of doubts and uncertainty, its material probability is opposed to spiritual doubts. The work represents the image of terrestrial and celestial space, of something constant and passing. At the same time the artist convinces that the triumph space areola has sense only in connection with the people's world of desires and reflexes. The work is characterized by a pure folk, mystic scepsis.
